Where is my order?

How delivery works

Typical delivery time is 2–4 days inside Dhaka and 3–6 days outside Dhaka.

    Order placed

    You get a confirmation call and an SMS with your order number.

  2. Step 2

    Packed & verified

    We check every item and seal the parcel at our Dhaka warehouse.

  3. Step 3

    Handed to courier

    A tracking number is added to your order page once it ships.

  4. Step 4

    Delivered to you

    Pay cash on delivery, or pre-pay with bKash / Nagad.
